OP Consultation
A speciality hospital for neuro patients is Thiru Hospital. EEG, EMG, NCS, PSG, and other neuro investigations can be carried out right away in the neuro lab next to the doctor's office after consulting with the neurologist. The report will be provided in 30 minutes, and the doctor can review it that day. Additional investigations, including blood, urine, and ECG tests, are possible. There is a full-service pharmacy on the ground floor.
Emergency care
Neurological emergencies are treated by specially trained medical staff in our emergency care room, which is available to treat all types of medical emergencies. In the majority of cases, the neurologist will be called in to treat emergency cases. Here, our guiding principle is NO-DELAY NEURO CARE. The patient will undergo routine neurological and overall evaluations by a neurologist.
Where specially trained staff members are available around-the-clock. It is furnished with the tools required to handle all kinds of medical and surgical emergencies, including trauma, such as suction apparatus, nebulizers, oxygen, etc.
In order to accommodate their preferences and budget, patients who require hospitalisation can be admitted in a room with options like ICU, deluxe room, private room, ward, etc.
ICU Care
ICU is a 10-bed unit that offers cutting-edge intensive care services to patients who have been admitted with life-threatening illnesses. The devoted staff will provide excellent care and it is well-equipped.
To ensure that all sick patients receive treatment and procedures promptly, a team of highly effective specialists is on-site around-the-clock. Here, the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1 for patients on ventilators and 1:2 for patients not on ventilators.
Modern mechanical ventilators, non-invasive BIPAP machines, infusion pumps, continuous ECG and BP monitors, pulse-oximeters, hemo-dialysers, and other equipment are all available in this ICU.
The patient will feel relieved and comfortable in a centrally air-conditioned unit with aesthetically pleasing interiors. Regular infection control procedures are carried out to keep patients safe from contagious infections.
